BOOTH LOCATION may enhance market impact. Exhibitors are encouraged to select from the available spaces, those most suitable for their purpose.
Booth Cost (Sponsorship Levels & Benefits):
- Benefactor - $3,250.00 (see enclosed brochure for benefits)
- Patron - $2,500 (see enclosed brochure for benefits)
- Friend - $1,100 (corner booth) / $1,000 (inside booth)
Each booth includes 2 representative tickets for the Products Show and 2 tickets to the Design Professionals/Exhibitors/Sponsors Party (RSVP is required 2 weeks prior to party to receive complimentary tickets – see bottom of contract form, attached). Additional or late tickets may be purchased by exhibitors in advance or at the convention’s Registration Desk at $40 per ticket.
BOOTH DISPLAY LIMITATIONS AND RULES: Curtained enclosures measure 10' high at the back. If your display is higher than 10', you must select a wall booth. Exhibitors must confine their activities to their booth space. Background fixtures and showcases up to 10 feet in height may be installed in the exhibit space to a distance of 4 feet from the back wall of the space, but may not exceed a height of 3 feet in the remaining area of the booth. Unfinished sides or backs of exhibits must be covered or finished so as not to detract from the appearance of adjoining booths.
STANDARD EQUIPMENT: Each booth will be equipped with one identification sign with booth number, one 8' table, 2 chairs and a waste basket.
ELECTRICAL/UTILITY SERVICE: Exhibitors can make arrangements for installation and payment of electrical connections on a form the decorator will send you, along with a packet showing their services about six weeks before the show.
SCHEDULE OF EXHIBITS:
REFRESHMENTS: Sponsored Hospitality Suites will be available on the Products Show floor.
ATTENDANCE PRIZES: To encourage attendance at the Products Show, exhibitors may want to offer an attendance prize valued at $35 or more. Only Design Professionals who are present will be eligible to win. Exhibitors should notify the products show chairman of their intent to furnish a prize (see space provided on the enclosed contract form).
SPORTS ACTIVITIES: Provided space is available, exhibitors are invited to participate in the golf tournament and other sport events. Further information will be sent to you regarding these events, along with a convention program and hotel reservation forms about six weeks before the convention.
DRAYAGE AND DECORATOR SERVICES information will be sent to you in the Decorator's packet about 6 weeks before products show date.
