Kathy D. Desselle

Kathy D. Desselle, Director of Membership and Programs of AIA Louisiana, has worked in the non-profit professional sector for 41 years, and attended LSU of Alexandria in the field of Business Management. She works closely with the membership and Board of Directors to assess membership needs, set annual and long-range strategic goals, component activities and programs to accomplish membership goals and objectives, and that the mission of the organization is fulfilled.

Kathy’s greatest joy is spending time with her wonderful and supportive husband, her son, and her family. Her hobbies are whitewater rafting and exploring caverns. She loves to laugh and enjoys life to the fullest!
