(LSBAE Licensing Advisor on staff) Who We’re Looking For… Qualifications • Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in an architectural office • Education: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) or Master of Architecture (M.Arch) • Licensure Path: Licensed or Actively enrolled in NCARB AXP pursuing licensure • Technical Skills: o Proficient in Revit (required) o Working knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and material assemblies Responsibilities • Produce & coordinate construction documents under supervision of a project manager. • Develop 3D models, renderings, and presentation materials to support design and client communication. • Participate in all phases of projects including SD, DD, CD, and CA. • Collaborate with internal team members and consultants to maintain quality and consistency across deliverables. • Manage and prioritize workload across multiple projects and deadlines. • Demonstrate accountability and ownership in assigned tasks and deliverables.
